Kapitel 6

LEGAL SYSTEM AND PEACEKEEPERS

Manifest als PDF downloadenManifest als Buch kaufen
The new legal system integrates universal natural principles
and forms the structure for a new, healthy
and inherently just social organism
in which humans and nature are valued equally.

6.A) THE LEGAL SYSTEM SERVES THE ENTIRE LIVING ORGANISM THAT IS EARTH

The legal system harmonises the various interests and ever-emerging impulses of life.
It ensures that the interests of the economy and the unfolding of individual and collective potential unfold in harmony with nature.

The legal system ensures that all people – regardless of gender, skin colour, sexual, intellectual or spiritual orientation – always have equal rights and opportunities.

The law is oriented towards the individual, not the construct of their ‘legal person’.

6.B) THE NEW LAWS

The new laws and commandments are clearly structured, simply written and easy to understand.

They are based on the new constitution and were written by a special Wisdom Council, which is in close communication with all other councils specialising in specific topics, and were then submitted to the sovereign people of the country for a vote.

6.C) THE GUARDIANS OF JUSTICE – IN THE SERVICE OF LIFE

Guardians of justice serve as friends and helpers – to people, animals and plants, waterways, the air, landscapes, forests and the soil.

They are at the service of the constitution and laws enacted by the sovereign people.

6.D) THE PEACEKEEPERS – IN THE SERVICE OF PEACE

There is no path to peace, for peace is the path.
Mahatma Gandhi

Truly fulfilled people,
who have found inner peace,
do not crave more land or power,
nor do they feel the need to rule over anyone.

That is why we encourage our children
to find inner peace.

Once we have achieved inner peace and an awareness
of the unity of all life,
we align our hearts and minds, all our actions,
all our ‘institutions’ with peace.

Peacekeepers help to establish humanitarian, social and ecological structures worldwide.

Both guardians of jusice and peacekeepers complete courses in new consciousness, as well as special additional training in non-violent communication, peacekeeping, mediation and similar subjects.
They develop skills and an open awareness of social and global challenges.

They respond to violence with wisdom, composure, loyalty, inner strength and compassion, and support a fair balance of interests.
.

6.E) PEACE IN CONFLICTS

When resolving conflicts,
the main thing is to
identify and heal
the underlying causes of the conflict.

Techniques are used such as mediation, systemic and family constellations, Imago and forgiveness rituals such as Ho'oponopono or Vipassana.

6.F) POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT CENTRES INSTEAD OF PRISONS

Centres for developing potential are being set up, where people who have committed criminal acts undergo an intensive healing programme for rehabilitation.

These centres use therapeutic practices that support these individuals in their healing processes and remind them of their positive qualities. Examples include:

🌿 Trauma healing
🌿 Conflict management
🌿 Dealing with emotions
🌿 Courses in peaceful communication
🌿 Ho'oponopono and Vipassana
🌿 Meditation
🌿 Craft courses
🌿 Visual arts
🌿 Theatre, dance or music
🌿 Social services
🌿 Various professional development courses

At the same time, there is also the opportunity to pass on knowledge and skills to others, thereby strengthening self-confidence and self-esteem.

People are encouraged to express the best of themselves.

In the fields and forest gardens surrounding these potential development centres, fruit and vegetables are grown together to supply not only the centres themselves but also the surrounding communities. The promotion of the habitat and biodiversity is at the centre of thought and action.

Contact with animals and caring for them enables people to reconnect with their loving feelings.
