Kapitel 1
HEALTH OF ALL LIFE
1.A) THE BASIS OF LIFE ON EARTH IS A FERTILE SOIL – THE "HUMUS"
Healthy, living soil is the basisfor healthy plants, animals and humans, for clean and living water, for harmonious water cycles, pure air, biodiversity and a balanced climate. While the earth herselfwould need several thousand yearsto rebuild the vital humus, with human help through specialsoil management and composting, she can rebuild it in just 10-20 years!
Therefore, the detoxification of our soils, humus formation and the improvement of soil health at the private, agricultural and forestry levels have high priority.
To this end, composting, farm manure processing and humus formation seminars are offered everywhere.
We support the formation of humus and vital symbiosis in our soils through practices such as the following:
🌿 Species-rich plant communities
🌿 Mulching
🌿 Permaculture practices
🌿 Minimum tillage
🌿 Specific crop rotations
🌿 Holistic pasture management
🌿 Hedges and deadwood
In our fields, meadows, gardens and urban flower beds, we have replaced toxic pesticides and fertilisers with products that nourish soil life and also promote humus formation:
🌿 High-quality compost
🌿 Effective microorganisms
🌿 Biodynamic preparations
🌿 Fermented plant carbon substrate based on the Terra Preta method
🌿 and other organic fertilisers
Miscanthus serves as the perfect peat substitute for gardeners.
On agricultural land we planted agroforestry systems and hedges. Fruit and nut trees, chestnuts and timber trees make fields and meadows more fertile, prevent erosion, retain water in the region, deflect winds and provide habitats for birds and other animals. And create more income for the farmers.
.
Sealed land areas that are no longer needed – such as industrial sites or large car parks – have been dismantled and made available to the community to create for example community gardens, parks, botanical gardens, recreational areas or healing forests with edible fruits.
Many fields that had been dramatically changed by "land consolidation" and compacted by heavy machinery are now transformed back into bio-diverse paradises by using excavators and manual labor
Plant communities grow in fields, meadows, parks and gardens, supporting each other's growth and vitality.
The chirping of birds, the buzzing of insects and the singing of people promote and accompany the harmonious growth of the plants.
.

1.B) CLEANING AND REVITALISATION OF ALL WATERS
More than two-thirdsof the Earth's surfaceand the human bodyconsist of water.A healthy liferequires pure, living water.
We understand water as a living entity and carrier of information that obtains its cell-compatible and healthy hexagonal molecular structure through swirling.
Such living, clean, crystal-clear water flows from all water pipes.
Our wells have been cleaned. Springs are considered sacred sites.
All people and animals have access to healthy drinking water.
We preserve the vital water in our regions through the following measures:
💦 Retention basins are being created everywhere.
💦 Old, naturally formed sinks that have been filled in are being dredged again.
💦 Original wetlands and moors are being renaturalised.
💦 Species-rich riparian forests that can absorb water are growing again on the living banks of rivers, streams and lakes.
💦 Fog nets condense water from the air.
💦 In towns and villages, water flowing from sealed surfaces is collected according to the ‘sponge city principle’.
💦 Water flowing off roofs is directed into cisterns.
Rainwater runoff is collected in these basins, sinks and cisterns, where it is filtered and purified by the living earth before seeping into the groundwater.
The best water purification, irrigation and flood protection measure is to revitalise the soil. Living, healthy soil rich in humus absorbs many times its weight in water, purifies it and passes it on to the groundwater.
Permanent forests and wetlands rich in species and humus ensure that the evaporated water remains in the lower layers of the atmosphere. Here it promotes cloud formation and activates the regional water cycle.
Wherever possible, water-saving and humus-building composting toilets are installed. The remaining water toilets are flushed with service water.
The wastewater treatment plants have been renovated using the best natural methods. Wastewater is purified by plants, reverse osmosis, microorganisms and composting techniques before it flows back into the water cycle.
Large areas of marine territory are under protection.
.

Regional fishing companies that respect marine life are replacing large-scale industrial trawl fisheries.
Thanks to generous and active support for marine regeneration and clean-up projects,
all the waters of our beautiful blue planet and all their inhabitants are recovering.
.

1.C) WE BREATHE CLEAN AIR
We breathe in the oxygen that is vital for us,which is exhaled by trees and other plants.Plants breathe in the CO2 that is vital for them, which we humans and most animals exhale.A fundamental cycle and exchange.
Exhaust gases and spray mist containing metal dust – such as aluminium – or other toxic substances are strictly no longer produced or sprayed.
All forms of geoengineering are a thing of the past.
Emissions of fine particulate matter and air pollution of any kind are reduced to an absolute minimum.
The burning of waste – especially non-organic waste – is no longer part of global cultures. Instead, alternative and regenerative waste prevention and waste recovery practices are being implemented in areas where this practice was still common.
Since healthy ecosystems with a high diversity of tree species effectively purify the air, such ecosystems have been created both in cities and in cleared cultural landscapes. As a result, the air we breathe, with its health-promoting air microbiome and healing ions, once again becomes a source of pure life energy.

1.D) THE MAJORITY OF OUR FORESTS ARE PROTECTED
Forests are the vital lungs of our planet. They cool the earth, regulate water cyclesand strengthen the earth's immune system.
Every healthy ecosystem, including forests, contributes to the health of the Earth and its inhabitants.
Their destruction is considered a crime against life.
Forest areas and riparian forests that have been "cleared "over the last few centuries as well as monoculture forests - that are unhealthy at all levels - have been upgraded to species-rich, mixed and permanent forests under the guidance of foresters who think and feel holistically.
In these sustainable forest ecosystems, particular emphasis is placed on creating living, humus-rich and therefore healthy forest soil.
The many cultural and ecosystem services provided by the forest are highly valued:
🌿 the forest as a habitat for countless living creatures
🌿 the air-filtering capacity of trees
🌿 wind protection
🌿 erosion control
🌿 the water infiltration capacity of forest soils
🌿 the regulation of the local water cycle
🌿 the restoration of so-called ‘flying rivers’
🌿 the conversion of CO2 into healthy biology
🌿 the feeding of soil life and therefore the formation of new humus
🌿 the food of the forests
🌿 the forest as a recreational space and sacred site
🌿 the strengthening effect of the forest on the immune system of humans, creatures living in the forest and the immune system of planet Earth.
Holistic forest management courses are offered to foresters, forest owners and anyone else who is interested.

1.E) HEALING FOODS
Let your food be your medicineand your medicine be your food.—Hippocrates
All formerly ‘conventional’ farms have received free retraining in sustainable, organic or biodynamic farming systems.
Our farmers are held in the highest regard. Because they continuously contribute to improving the health of soils, of the waters, the air, the plants, the animals and the health of people. And to promoting vital biodiversity in and above the earth.
Farmers are supported in marketing their healthy products regionally.
If desired, regional cooperatives further process their harvest yields.

Artificial additives in food are only used if a committee of independent doctors, biologists and alternative practitioners from various fields has determined that they are harmless to all life.
Denatured foods such as industrial sugar, synthetic salts, refined fats and an excess of animal products, which in recent centuries have led to an increase in allergies, obesity and diet-related diseases, have been replaced by healing natural foods with their multitude of micronutrients.
Genetically modified plants have been removed from the soils and burned.
We eat mainly seasonal and regional foods. Fresh, sun-ripened and nutrient-rich vegetables, fruits, berries, grains and nuts that are grown in our region. These contain microorganisms that are familiar to our bodies and also strengthen our immune system.
And so we look forward for weeks to enjoy fresh herbs, strawberries and other spring fruits in spring. To dine tomatoes ripened in the summer sun, to pick our favourite apples from the trees in autumn. We look forward to delicious winter vegetable dishes or our preserved treasures from the previous year.
Exotic fruits are grown in modern greenhouses.
Edible wild plants such as nettles, dandelions, rose hips, ground elder, orache, buds and spring tree leaves have regained a place in our diet and are replacing ‘superfoods’ from distant countries.
.

All cultivated plants are combined in such a way that a symbiotic environment is created – meaning that the plants strengthen each other and protect each other from pest infestation.
Fruits no longer have to meet standards in terms of size and dimensions – every natural shape of plant fruit is welcome.
To increase the diversity of our food and medicinal plants, we have exchange platforms and seed initiatives, which are particularly focused on propagating old regional varieties.
.

1.F) EVERY LIVING BEING IS TREATED WITH MINDFULNESS AND RESPECT
We are awarethat every animal and plant specieshas an individual and important roleto play in the Earth's ecosystemand we value every living creature.
Any form of slavery, violence or exploitation of humans or animals is considered a crime against life. Any form of animal cruelty, cage or factory farming, laboratory experiments on animals and long-distance animal transports for consumption purposes are a thing of the past.
Animal communication enables humans to find out what animals need for their well-being.
Every animal that is not allowed to live in freedom because it contributes to the production of milk, other animal products or humus formation is given the opportunity to live in a manner appropriate to its species in a natural environment with its fellow species and with sufficient space to move around. In addition, objects are provided for play.
Every animal mother is allowed to conceive and later give birth to her offspring in peace and in a natural way.
Every young animal is allowed to drink its mother's healthy milk and stay with her for as long as it needs its mother.
The animals live with people who have a loving and harmonious relationship with them. They are fed exclusively natural, species-appropriate and varied food.
Cows are allowed to keep their horns, as these are essential for regulating their body temperature, sensory perception and orientation, digestion, grooming, communication and status within the herd.
Similarly, all animals are allowed to keep their uncropped ears and tails.
The conditions in which animals are kept are adapted so that vaccinations are no longer necessary and only minimal medication is required.
.

Animals in zoos and wildlife parks have the freedom to choose whether they want to stay in zoos or live in special protected areas.
On the grounds of the zoos parks with a variety of plants and fruit-bearing trees have been created. Roads leading from the countryside to these parks have been cleared of concrete and now invite wild animals to enter these parks, feed there and voluntarily interact with humans.
As forests recover, ecosystems return to their natural balance and animal biodiversity grows, there is little overpopulation of animals and little reason for humans to ‘regulate’ them.
Herds of animals living alongside humans are accompanied by large and courageous herding dogs – such as the Maremmano Abruzzese – and shepherds to protect them from wolves and other regional predators.
We advocate a transition to a plant-based lifestyle and recognise that plants are sentient beings. They are honoured and harvested and prepared with respect.
Once again we humans became aware that we are connected to plants also on a soul level and can communicate with them.
The ‘plant devas’ – the elemental beings of plants – help us to transform our gardens and fields into energetically powerful places where vital food grows.
As guardians and stewards of the landscape, we inform our trees one to two days before they are felled or pruned. We inform the plants in the meadows before they are mowed so that they can draw their energy into the root area during this time. We check the meadows and fields before mowing to mark the nests of ground-nesting birds and the nurseries of deer.
When a new building is planned, we talk to the place so that the elemental beings of the place can find a new home in good time.
.

1.G) WE HEAL IN HOLISTIC ‘HEALING SPACES’
Health is our natural state.Illness is an indication thatwe have lost the natural harmonybetween body, soul, spirit, and our environment.Restoring this harmonyalso restores health.
The new medicine serves life – it is preventive, cause-oriented and holistic.
Research, teaching and the approval of therapies are free from industrial interests.
‘Hospitals’ have been redesigned as holistic ‘healing spaces’.
The focus of those healing spaces is on ‘salutogenesis’, i.e. the development and maintenance of health.
The new healing concept and the construction or conversion of the corresponding spaces were developed and implemented with the knowledge and experience of medical professionals, alternative practitioners, energy healers, nutritionists, physiologists, biologists, building biologists, psychologists, spiritual teachers, geomancers, feng shui specialists and other experts.
Already during the transition phase, existing hospitals were adapted to block low- and high-frequency radiation, i.e. electrosmog.
Natural building materials, plants, therapy animals, natural scents, natural light and sound frequencies, friendly colours, pictures of nature, healing stones and lovingly designed courtyards and meeting rooms help to activate the body's self-healing powers.
As soon as we enter these healing spaces, which trigger a sense of serenity and well-being, our stressed nervous system relaxes.
The new healing spaces are surrounded by healing, species-rich forests with special forest therapy paths modelled on the Japanese Shinrin-Yoku with mindfulness paths, water streams and ponds.
Special farms connected to the healing spaces offer intensive therapy options.
Here, patients are also accompanied through any form of drug withdrawal or digital detox therapies.
At the same time, healthy organic and naturally resilient plants are grown there for the healing spaces. These foods and herbs from healthy soils promote healing and the formation of a microbiome that optimally supports the psyche and immune system.
.
The following principles are recognised in the concept of healing:
1. Human beings are spiritual, highly developed beings who are not limited to their physical appearance and who harbour enormous potential within themselves. They are multidimensional beings with multiple ‘body levels’ (physical body, mental body, emotional body, energy body, causal body and others), all of which are interconnected and interact with each other.
2. Human beings are connected at all levels to the Earth's ecosystem, a living organism, and are an integral part of the entire universe.
3. The 5 biological laws of nature.
4. All living beings have excellent self-healing powers and an immune system geared towards healing. This must be supported primarily and on all levels in order to prevent and heal diseases. In addition, all living beings can use the healing powers that flow through them for other living beings.
5. Every illness has a message. Everything we encounter in our lives is a reflection of our internalised programmes and is seen as an opportunity for healing and growth – both individually and collectively. From now on, medicine will no longer focus on symptoms, but on identifying the causes and preventing illness.
.

The doctor of the future will give no medication,
but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame,
diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.
Each patient's healing team ensures that those seeking healing feel holistically cared for and that their individual needs are met.
Preventive measures are a priority. These include regular, supervised fasting cures, regular cleansing of the body and energy systems, knowledge of holistic health and methods that help us to realise ourselves, reorient ourselves, minimise stress and overcome obstructive limitations.
Everyone is supported in finding the optimal diet and form of active exercise. All activities focus on strengthening the body's self-healing powers.
Individual artistic expression plays an important role in both prevention and the healing process. Singing, making music, painting, sculpting, dancing, eurythmy and role-playing allow us to overcome physical and mental limitations and support the harmonisation of body, emotions, mind and soul.
Systemic research is used to investigate the causes of chronic illnesses. Taking into account the body, soul, mind and history of the individual, their family system and their environment.
We primarily use gentle, causal therapies that heal the causes of an illness while activating the body's self-healing powers.
These healing methods include naturopathy, homeopathy, osteopathy, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), traditional European medicine, Ayurveda, anthroposophic medicine and frequency medicine.
Natural remedies grown and produced locally are preferred. They have hardly any side effects compared to products from the pharmaceutical industry. They can be better assimilated by the human organism and also support local producers.
In order not to weaken the natural microbiome of humans with chemical disinfectants, life-promoting microorganisms (EM), ozone or hydrogen peroxide are preferred for disinfection. Natural agents such as vinegar, citrus fruits or baking soda are used for cleaning.
At the end of life, we are allowed to leave our bodies with dignity. Dying is accompanied as a natural transition. Pain and symptom relief are the focus, without artificially prolonging life.
We humans are once again responsible for our own health and have complete freedom of choice over our bodies.
.

1.H) SEXUALITY AND PARTNERSHIP
On the New Earth, partnership is respected as a conscious path of practice.
We are aware that our partners often awaken those shadows within us that want to be seen and healed at that moment.
We learn to grow in loving communication, openness and mutual understanding – supported by compassion, forgiveness and the willingness to encounter ourselves and each other on a deep level.
We honour sexuality as a powerful, sacred and creative force. It is lived with dignity, mindfulness and respect, and consciously as a creative expression of embodied love.
Practices such as conscious, mindful experience of the body, the preservation of orgasmic energies, the conscious channelling of life energies, or the loving, energetic union of two human beings are part of our collective learning and remembering.
We strengthen the healthy masculine and the healthy feminine in all human beings.
This means we nurture presence, clarity and direction as well as receptivity, intuition and devotion.
In ourselves and in our relationships.
Since it is no longer necessary to enter into partnerships for financial or social reasons, they are formed out of genuine connection.

1.I) THE BIRTH OF HUMANS AND ANIMALS IS REGARDED AS A SACRED RITUAL
Expectant parents are aware that any issues in their lives prior to pregnancy that have not been resolved or integrated will be born again into the world with their child. And latest then the new parents will be confronted by them. Therefore, expectant parents take care to heal issues or blockages in advance of pregnancy.
Even the conception of a human being is consciously experienced as a sacred act.
Knowing that the feelings and thoughts of the parents, especially the women, are directly transferred to the baby, we protect women during pregnancy and supported them through their challenges.
When examining pregnant women, dangerous ultrasound is only used in extreme emergencies.
Women and men have free access to childbirth preparation classes developed by experienced midwives who think and feel holistically.
Both parents get prepared to accompany a human being on his life´s journey.
Women decide for themselves how and where they want to give birth, whether in birthing centres, at home or outdoors – in the forest, in the sea or in special places of power – in any case protected, in peace and surrounded by their family or other women.
The birthing rooms are designed to be pleasantly dark for the baby emerging from the mother's womb and are only indirectly illuminated by light sources with natural light frequencies.
During the birthing process, all natural processes and the important, highly sensitive bonding processes are respected and allowed to take place. Invasive interventions and any form of disruption to the natural birthing process are avoided wherever possible.
Every human being is accompanied into the world in a loving, natural and mindful manner and with dignity.
The umbilical cord remains untouched until it has pulsated out – i.e. until the valuable blood has flowed completely into the baby's body.
In so-called ‘lotus births’, the umbilical cord remains between the maternal placenta and the baby until it detaches on its own.
In order to strengthen the bond of love between mothers and fathers and their offspring, the young being is given a sense of security and comfort from the very beginning. The young person spends the first years of their life in loving, close contact with their family.
.
In order to provide babies with the best nutrients found in natural breast milk and to enable mothers to pass on the most loving information and frequencies to their babies, women are given optimal support to breastfeed their babies in a protected atmosphere.
Women with unwanted pregnancies are supported in all areas of life.
Women who, for whatever reason, cannot or do not want to keep their babies meet already during pregnancy – if they wish – couples who will lovingly take care of the baby after birth.
During the transition phase – in a world that was still disturbed by harmful electrosmog – care was taken to ensure that pregnant women, babies and young people in particular were exposed to as little of it as possible in order to enable them to develop and flourish in a healthy and natural way.

1.J) DEATH – REBIRTH INTO THE NEXT DIMENSION
When we lose our fear of death– recognising ourselves as infiniteand eternal beings –we lose our fear of lifeand are no longer so easily manipulated.
Together with end-of-life caregivers from all religions, courses are being developed that enable people to develop a fear-free and dignified approach towards death. People are also supported to reconcile with all those who have accompanied them through life and to develop gratitude for their life journey.
Those left behind on earth learn to freely allow and process their feelings of pain and grief.
Relatives may also keep the body of their loved one at home or in a low-temperature sacred room for a few days so that the soul can slowly and gently detach herself. And the relatives have enough time to say a proper goodbye to their loved ones.
By composting our bodies in healthy living soil, we gratefully return our bodies to the cycle of life.
Taking into account the values of different cultures and religions, cremation of bodies that contain many toxins or similar substances may be preferable for groundwater hygiene reasons.
Relatives are free to decide where they would like to scatter the ashes.
Each culture can bury the bodies of their loved ones in their own way, taking into consideration the well-being of all life.
‘Forest burials’ and ‘tree burials’ are also very popular. Cemeteries are slowly transforming into forests of peace.

1.K) TECHNICAL PROGRESS IN SERVICE OF LIFE
We are aware that all living beings on Earthare inextricably linkedto natural terrestrial and cosmicelectromagnetic fields. And that we can only truly healwhen we are in undisturbed resonancewith these cycles and frequenciesof the Earth and the cosmos.
All forms of artificially applied technology that can negatively affect living organisms have been shut down and dismantled!
This includes, in particular, wireless telecommunications technologies that have not been tested for safety (e.g. 5G). It also includes harmful applications of artificial intelligence (AI), microchips (RFID, digital ID), IoT (Internet of Things), smart meters and video surveillance systems.
We are grateful that we can now live freely again, without mind-controlling technologies and artificial weather modification.
As soon as we realised how harmful the original mobile phone frequencies were to humans, animals and plants, radiation-free areas were immediately set up everywhere during the conversion phase, where sick and radiation-sensitive people could settle and recover.
We now only use telecommunications frequencies that are not only harmless to all living beings, but even promote life.
Technologies that serve the highest good of all life are being further developed and applied.

1.L) LIGHT AND SOUND FREQUENCIES SERVE THE IMMUNE SYSTEM
Our light sources are adjusted to the natural light spectrum and are therefore harmless to all living creatures.
To avoid light pollution, external, unnatural light sources are reduced at night and street lighting is shielded upwards and sideways.
Beaches where animals lay their eggs remain dark so that newly hatched babies can follow the light of the moon.
In music, the concert pitch A is tuned back to 432 hertz.
We know the natural frequencies of our bodies and have developed healing sounds and pieces of music that harmonise these frequencies and thus stimulate our strength and self-healing.
Technically generated rhythms are produced with slightly irregular beats so that they do not disturb the natural coherence of the heart with completely regular frequencies.
Storage media reproduce music or other sounds as naturally as technically possible.
In order not to disturb the navigational abilities of aquatic life, technically generated sound waves are now only used in emergencies in all bodies of water.

1.M) 13-MONTH CALENDAR
We utilize a 13-moon calendar that is in harmony with the natural rhythms and cycles of the Earth.
So we have 13 times 28 days plus a “Gratitude Day for Creation” that is celebrated worldwide.
We honor the qualities of time, celebrate meaningful rituals and the annual festivals of our ancestors in deep connection with the Earth and nature.
There is also no longer any need to buy physical gifts that generate unnecessary waste. For the deeply felt “gifts” we enjoy on festive days come from our tangible connection with each other and the Earth.

1.N) HEALTH OF SPACE
Health of spaceis essential to our live.
Satellites, space weapons, and other technical devices that interfere with the natural, vital cosmic frequencies have been dismantled.
Space debris has been returned to Earth and recycled here without leaving any residue.
We also recognize the intelligence of creation in space.
The sky, as an integral part of all life, is protected and kept pure.
