More Impact and Cooperation through Self-Reflection and Gratitude

Questions that strengthen you and your projects

Do it yourself

Cooperation that arises from awareness, trust, and inner abundance allows the living earth to unfold more easily.

Many of us carry treasures within – experiences, emotions, resources – waiting to be seen and shared. But what does it take to bring this knowledge creatively into action?

When we pause, reflect, and practice gratitude, we nourish the soil where true collaboration can flourish – and the courage grows to finally bring projects to life, at least as prototypes.

I have put together a few questions as a gentle pause.
This 5–7 minute reflection invites you to become aware of:

  • What you wish to create – on your own or together with others
  • How cooperation can deepen and expand your impact

In a second step, I invite you to align your gratitude with your impact, to let yourself be seen, and thus multiply your effectiveness.

Your responses contribute to a collective field of research: they help us understand how individuals, communities, initiatives, and organizations can unfold their power and serve life. And when we become aware of the bottlenecks, we can overcome them more easily together. Sometimes they even become catalysts for transformation. In the spirit of the Living Earth, solutions can emerge as soon as we dare to name the challenges.

🌱 As a thank-you for your participation by September 30th, you’ll receive a gentle 3-minute audio practice with a short introduction. This little pause connects you with your breath, your heart, and the abundance that is already present – as well as with your intentions for yourself and the New Earth. In this way, your subconscious can better support you in reaching your conscious goals.
