Your living Body-Pendulum
Ask your bodily wisdom and observe it’s answers and questions
Do it yourself
Note: This solution was originally developed by Ann-Kristin Schablowsky.
When you are truly in touch with your soul and your inner essence, you know what is good for you and act accordingly in all areas of your life and being.
Getting in touch with yourself is a process that sometimes involves expanding your awareness of yourself as a human being. When you feel the loving connection to your soul, the energy of love will spread around you. This is a law of nature. Your essence is love. Love for yourself and the resulting interconnectedness with all life. Love is the energy that guides you on your soul's journey through life.
If you are in the process of expanding your awareness, experiencing contact with yourself, and gradually integrating this connection into your feelings, thoughts, and actions, it can be helpful to "check" what is good for you/what you feel in certain situations.
You can do this very easily by asking your body.
Ask your body and use your living body pendulum
Your body and all your cells are alive. Your body and your cells perceive. Your organism is not distracted by ingrained thinking, but on the contrary, knows exactly what is good for you. It flows in the rhythm of your heart, and your heart is the compass of your soul—trust your body and let it speak for you.
We humans are naturally connected to all life, including Mother Earth and the cosmos (or creation).
Stand upright for your living body pendulum and, if you like, place your hands on your heart. Connect with yourself, Mother Earth at your feet, and with the creation of all life. Close your eyes and feel your connection to yourself, to the light within your heart, and from that, your connection to all life. Feel the love that YOU are and that flows through you.
If you find this difficult at first, simply connect with yourself, your heart, and your love and care for yourself; your body will do the rest on its own.
Close your eyes and ask yourself simple questions that you can definitely answer with a clear YES or NO. For example, ask yourself your name. You can also make a clear statement: "My name is Ann-Kristin Schablowsky. / I like to eat apples." Or: "Should I eat this apple now?"
If the answer is YES, your body will tilt forward. If the answer is NO, it will tilt backward. In my experience, this is true for everyone. Just try it out. Remember to start by asking yourself questions or making statements that you can definitely answer with YES/NO.
You can use this exercise in any situation in everyday life. This way, you can easily train yourself to connect with your heart and "ask your body for advice"—it will show you the way.
Have fun discovering and experiencing yourself!
All my love, Ann-Kristin
