Healing cultivation in harmony with ancient knowledge of nature
Grow your own food in harmony with nature, Mother Earth and the cosmos!
Do it yourself
Note: This solution originally comes from Ann-Kristin Schablowsky.
Ann-Kristin writes:
Start by growing your own vegetables.
Here I want to show you how I grow vegetables for my family together with my husband and my wild rabbit. To do this, I connect with my intuition, my physical body, my feelings, and my connection to Mother Earth.
Growing in symbiosis with nature, Mother Earth, and the cosmos
I plant the seeds in my garden and entrust the growth process to the love of the soil, the medicinal plants in the immediate vicinity, and the microorganisms in the earth.Beforehand, I walk barefoot on the soil (I always do this, actually), as do my husband and my wild rabbit. Our rabbit also likes to do his "pee and poop" (my husband Martin's term) in the fresh spring soil, instinctively leaving all his cellular and organ information in the soil and its roots. This process is very important because it connects us humans and animals with the soil beneath our feet.
This happens physically through the sweat glands on the soles of our feet and energetically through the roots of our feet.
In addition, you should work in the garden with your bare hands whenever possible,
because the exchange of connection and cellular information also works through the hands.
Sowing in Harmony with Nature
The sowing of seeds takes place in a "sacred and creative nature ritual" that all three of us perform: Before the seed is placed in the earth, we moisten it with saliva. To do this, we humans take the seeds into our mouths for a while (about five minutes). During this process, you can directly experience the consciousness of everything that exists, lives, and feels.Every seed possesses consciousness and knows exactly that its task is to nourish us. The moment it connects with your saliva, the exchange of information about the state of your cells occurs. The seed learns about and scans your body and cell information via your saliva.
It recognizes which vitamins in a pumpkin seed are particularly important for you and which play a subordinate role for your individual body at the moment. This also means that humans can never simply apply the nutritional values of a food to their bodies like a template. Life and nature don't follow such patterns. The body is part of nature, and the actual process of vitamin and nutrient absorption occurs through this connection to life and nature.
Inform the seed about your body's environment
You can use the time you spend moistening the seeds with saliva to dig small holes for them with your hands. This way, you physically connect your hands to the soil. You can establish a connection to your body cells with both saliva and urine, if the plants are mature. You can use your first morning urine to inform the nettle bush in your garden about your cellular state. After moistening the seeds with saliva, place them in your palms and warm them protectively between your hands. As you do this, gently breathe on the seeds a few times, adding extra warmth and moisture to your warm hands. Through your hands—ideally touching the soil—a renewed exchange of information occurs between the seed and your body, and the connection strengthens.Meanwhile, connect with your surroundings through your mental focus and physically through the soles of your feet:
Inform them of your creative intention to sow a healing vegetable for yourself.
After a short time, open your palms and present your seeds to the trees, bushes, wild plants, the sun, the moon, the planet—indeed, to Mother Earth and the universe—and ask all forces for protection and loving, guiding energy for the growth of your food.
Hold your hands outstretched toward creation. In this moment, you strengthen your connection to Mother Earth and divine creation, and you can gratefully plant the gift you have given yourself.
I also perform a modified ritual with my wild rabbit: Schlomo doesn't salivate on the seeds for his vegetables—lettuce, carrots, fennel, kohlrabi—but he licks them or breathes on them. He also runs through the soil a few times after the seeds have been planted. You quickly realize: anything is possible. It is entirely up to us to adopt a new perspective and shape our lives differently. This isn't difficult for our animal friends, because they are already connected to nature and us humans through their deep love. We simply need to see this and embrace the loving connection.
Another tip:
Another way to impart information about our cells and microbes to seeds or plants is to take a foot bath in nettle tea. Feel free to connect with the living entity of water, connect with it in friendship, and mentally transmit your information to it. Water is the living entity in nature that receives and transmits information.
Health tip:
The same applies to your body water and intercellular fluid: nourish your body and intercellular fluid (your body consists of over 80 percent water and minerals) with healthy food and loving thoughts – because your thoughts are information that your intercellular fluid absorbs.
Wishing you much joy, connection, and health,
Ann-Kristin
