The Art of facilitation - The invisible leader

The Invisible Leader is a training designed to learn how to guide groups, small or large, through personal transformation and collaborative processes.
It is also designed to learn how to effectively lead collectives and teams that share a common purpose.
Group facilitation requires specific social, leading and cognitive skills, as well as embodied tools and hands on experience. We offer a comprehensive training where participants will refine the skills and experience they already have, taking their facilitation to the next level, and/or learn the fundamental tools and principles to facilitate and lead groups successfully.
